An estate agency on the Costa Tropical that offers sales and rentals. I dealt with Mario, and nothing was too much trouble. I was looking for a long winter let, and on being shown the third apartment, that was it.
After moving in, we had a few problems (the fridge packed up), but all it took was a WhatsApp message, and the owner came around. Better than that, he installed a brand-new fridge rather than mess around getting it fixed.
So, if you are interested in a winter let on the Costa Tropical WhatsApp Mario at +34 677 73 84 20 and say SneakyB recommended them on Findinspain
