Park La Posada retirement community

Located in the village of Alameda near Malaga. Over the years, I have seen it transform from a mobile home park to the residential retirement community it is today. The term five stars is often overused, but it does not do the concept justice in this case.

The owners aim to offer a community lifestyle, with people queuing at the gate to join. To do that, they offer support and facilities on a scale that makes retiring to Spain very easy. As a couple or single, it does not matter. In the community, people are not married but retired 🙂

To assist single people with the costs, they offer four plots for the Lomas Park home that have reduced monthly fees. All residents are registered with the local authority as part of their free registration package. 

The most important facility is the reception where staff are on hand to deal with any problem you may have. Other facilities include a community centre, swimming pool, four-lane bowls green (residents have a club), open-air gym, and landscaped plots.
